Tim Campbell, MBE is a respected business leader, investor, and passionate advocate for talent development, inclusive leadership, and financial empowerment. He is best known as the first-ever winner of BBC's The Apprentice and now serves as Lord Alan Sugar's adviser on the hit show, sitting alongside Baroness Karren Brady. Tim regularly speaks at global conferences and has represented both the UK Government and the City of London on international trade delegations.
With a focus on education, empowerment, and entrepreneurship, Tim founded a social impact foundation, chairs the board of an outstanding London school, and advises organisations on diversity, equity, and social mobility. Away from work, he is a dedicated husband - married to his teenage sweetheart - and father of two, as well as a passionate fitness enthusiast, often found running, cycling, or training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
