Sasha Schreiber

Fragrance Development Executive & Creative Strategist

Sascha Schreiber is known for her work at the intersection of art and science. Her career spans both the technical and creative dimensions of perfumery, from product development and innovation to brand storytelling.

She began her fragrance career as a Fragrance Development Engineer within the Research & Innovation division at L’Oréal, before joining The Estée Lauder Companies as Director of Product Development, Fragrance & Innovation for the Paris perfume cluster, overseeing brands including Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris.

Sascha studied at the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Perfume Business & Sciences, awarded with honours for her research on intellectual property protection in perfumery. With a growing IP portfolio and active engagement in education and cultural programming, she advocates bridging the technical and the conceptual to reshape how consumers experience luxury—using narrative as a tool to build cultural desire around green science, biotechnology, and the future of sustainable perfumery.
