An Evening With... The Fragrance Foundation UK

On Thursday 14th November The Fragrance Foundation UK were thrilled to host a celebration of our forthcoming projects all designed to help raise the reputation of the fragrance industry and showcase it at its best. Hosted by CEO of The Fragrance Foundation UK - Linda Key Jackson, alongside a panel talk by a few of our board members: Annalise Fard - Chairman of The Fragrance Foundation UK & Director of  Beauty, Accessories, Fine Jewellery & Watches at Harrods, Margaret Attwooll - GM at Dior, Meribeth Parker - Luxury & Media Consultant and Gill Smith - MD at The Perfume Shop.

 National Fragrance Week 16- 22nd March 2020

National Fragrance Week will drive consumers into stores and online - creating excitement around fragrance
. It will promote the importance of the sense of smell
, encourage consumers to create their own "Wardrobe of Fragrances" and raises the profile and reputation of our industry.

Education and Careers

The Fragrance Foundation is working to define and value the fragrance sector and build our understanding of the opportunities and challenges that the industry faces, raising the profile of talent within the industry! Through initiatives such as our Online Training platform and Academy Training.

Additionally, The Fragrance Foundation UK have now launched our new YouTube initiative.  This channel aims to celebrate the magic of fragrance and our industry whilst inspiring young talent to pursue a career in the fragrance industry. Therefore, a large focus of the YouTube channel will be careers within the amazing fragrance industry.

The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2020 – 14th May

Set up in the UK in 1992 these Awards recognise excellence within the Fragrance arena, from Packaging, Advertising through to Best New Fragrance, the event is held at The Brewery in the City of London, and attended by over 500 industry guests and celebrities have included Richard E Grant, Alesha Dixon , Natasha Kaplinsky, Paris Hilton, Rebecca Furguson, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. The Fragrance Foundation UK Awards are known as the Oscars of the Fragrance Industry.  Coverage of the awards is supported by the whole fragrance industry including the press and retailer outlets engaging with consumers through advertising and promotional sites in stores.

Entries will open early December so get your nominations ready!

Guests enjoyed a selection of canapés and drinks, kindly hosted by Estée Lauder in the glamorous surroundings of their Sky Bar.
