Congratulations Kenneth Green from The Fragrance Foundation UK

KGA comes straight in at number 3 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2011 and Kenneth Green is ranked number 1 in the “Best Leader” award

Kenneth GreenFebruary 2011, Kenneth Green Associates were delighted to score a hat-trick at the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies awards dinner held recently. Not only were they awarded 3rd place, but they scooped the “Giving Something Back” award for charitable works for their help in setting up the charity “Protection Against Stalking” of which Mr Green is a patron. Kenneth Green himself, now Chairman of the fine fragrance distribution company he founded 21 years ago, was awarded the coveted “Best Leader” award for inspiring his teams and running the company on good moral principles. The Surrey based company has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of fine fragrance to the UK market.

On the impressive result for his company, Kenneth Green said : “we were thrilled to come in 20th place last year, but to reach the number 3 slot is a huge achievement we are very proud of, and I thank the entire KGA team for being a part of it”

The Sunday Times highlighted that KGA scored highly in the “Wellbeing, Leadership and My Company” categories, with emphasis going on great customer service, supportive managers, low staff turnover and a warm, welcoming ambience. In addition, they received the Best Companies 3 Star accreditation, ranking them as “extraordinary”. Kenneth Green explained: “People are the priceless ingredient at KGA. My vision was always to find people who were better at their professions than I could ever be. They are like a fine wine, don’t shake it, treat it with respect and enjoy”
